Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging PLUS27PRO for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

PLUS27PRO provides digital marketing and technology services including web design, SEO, Google Ads management, Meta advertising, software development and business automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or service agreement provided before work commences.

3. Payment Terms

• Website projects: 50% deposit required before work commences; 50% balance due on completion before launch
• Monthly retainer services (SEO, ads management): invoiced monthly in advance, due within 7 days
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT where applicable
• Late payments may attract interest at the prime lending rate plus 2%

PLUS27PRO reserves the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears exceeding 14 days.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom design work and website code transfers to the client. PLUS27PRO retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins, frameworks) remain subject to their respective licences. PLUS27PRO will disclose any third-party components used in your project.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information, content and materials in a timely manner
• Designate a single point of contact with authority to approve deliverables
• Provide feedback within agreed timeframes (typically 5 business days)
• Ensure all content provided does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Maintain website hosting, domain registration and any third-party subscriptions

6. Results Disclaimer

While PLUS27PRO uses best-practice methodologies and strives to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for SEO rankings, advertising performance or lead volumes, as these are influenced by factors outside our direct control including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions and competitor activity.

All case study results and testimonials on our website reflect real outcomes achieved for specific clients under specific conditions and are not a guarantee of the same results for every engagement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary business information shared during the engagement. PLUS27PRO will not disclose client business data, strategies or performance metrics to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Project-based engagements may be terminated by the client subject to payment for all work completed to date. PLUS27PRO may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of terms or conduct harmful to our business.

9. Limitation of Liability

PLUS27PRO's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.
